Cultural Events
The conference venue is situated in the centre of Vienna. From the conference site, the Vienna State Opera, the Albertina and the Wiener Musikverein are within easy walking distance. Also, Vienna's main shopping street, the Kärntner Straße, is close nearby.
To attend performances at the Vienna State Opera, it is recommended to reserve tickets well in advance, at www.wiener-staatsoper.at. Tickets for the Burgtheater can be bought no earlier than Mai, 20th, for the performances in June. Tickets for the Wiener Musikverein are available two months minus one week before the date of a performance.
